A few things changed in my life recently and I just want to refresh this website in regard of it and show you (as well as me) one thing: « Where I come from ». This is a map showing this.
This picture displays at the same scale the city I grew up (La Chaux-de-Fonds), the place I moved from recently (Lausanne) and now, where I live and work (Paris). I pointed on it the places I live(d) and work(ed) just to feel the distance.
Without this kind of representation, I feel really bad to estimate this by myself every details of a city can fool you easily at this.
About my new me here, I’m feeling confortable with the French keyboard (switch from a Swiss French one isn’t easy at all) and I start to define myself in this space.
Une envie de constater sur une carte les différences entre les différents lieux où j’ai vécu et où je vis actuellement à la même échelle.
De la Chaux-de-Fonds à Paris, en passant par Lausanne où j’ai pu découvrir les joies multiples de la colocation. Le monde se densifie, s’accélère, se diversifie, se paupérise, se complexifie.
C’est intéressant de voir les distances sur une carte juste pour se remettre dans un repère connu en étant dans l’inconnu. Il est facile de se faire avoir dans l’inconnu par les distances, orientation, etc...
Sinon, ce blog prend des aires parisiens et dit adieu à sa robe vaudoise. Pour ma part, je commence à réussir à me définir dans ce nouvel espace qui bien que peu exploré me semble accueillant. En passant, le clavier français est une jolie douleur pour nous autres hélvêtes francophones.
